The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. All our garments are made to order. Our clothes are individually cut and sewn by hand by our local seamstresses. We take great care in ensuring each item is finished to our high standards.
Orders will take from 5 to 7 business days to be made and ready to dispatch.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer! We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees caused by customs duties and Value Added Tax (VAT) in the receiving country.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns & Exchanges Policy:
❥ If the size didn’t fit you or you didn’t like the item the Return/Exchange policy is:
1- The return policy is applying for TOPS, PAJAMAS, SHORTS, NIGHTGOWNS, AND ROBES ONLY.
2 - Item must be sent back NO LATER than 7 days after your delivery date.
3 - Item must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
4 - Send it back to us via International Registered Mail of any postal service of choice. Please, let us know the TRACKING NUMBER of the shipment. It’s necessary to process your return order.
5 - The return shipping is paid by the Buyer in all cases except for manufacturing defects or if the wrong item is sent from our side. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value;
6 - ONLY after your return has been RECEIVED, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. Exchange items will be sent within 7 days.
❥ The Return/Exchange will NOT be accepted:
1- Sizes XXL/XXXL CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.
2 - LINGERIE can't be returned or exchanged as it’s directly related to hygiene.
3 - Custom, items on sale and embroidered items, bulk orders except for manufacturing defects, or if the wrong item is sent from our side.
4 - Items where is offered the combination of fabric color and lace color on your own choice are final and can not be exchanged or returned, with no exception.
5 - If the return time frames are exceeded - NO LATER than 7 days after your delivery date.
6 - If wrong measurements were provided by the Buyer. All our items are made on order;
7 - If the item is shipped and the wrong address was provided by the Buyer. The refund will be completed via the original payment method, EXCLUDING shipping cost both ways which vary from 15 to 20 USD only when the item is returned to Kyiv, Ukraine;
8 - If the item was successfully returned to the sender due to missed appointment by the recipient, the refund will be completed via the original payment method, EXCLUDING shipping costs both ways which vary from 15 to 20 USD only when the item is returned to Kyiv, Ukraine.
❥ Stolen Mail policy:
1 - Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your item, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
2 - If tracking shows delivery, please check with your local post office. Talk to your neighbors, friends, landlord, co-workers, or anyone that might have kept the package in your absence.
3 - We are unable to contact your post office and handle your missing package claim. You need to do it on your own unless you originally purchased shipping insurance.
4 - We are willing to proceed with the full refund ONLY after you provide us the Policy report for the stolen mail and registered claim to the Postal Inspection Service!
